Equipment Engineer
Responsibilities
1, responsible for building equipment, special tooling accounting uniform number;
2, participate in key equipment, mold maintenance and management;
3, the establishment of technical equipment, data files, sound equipment (including drawings, manual, certificate, etc.);
4, responsible for directing the training of operators on the proper use of equipment, maintenance management, supervision and operator comply with the requirements, preparation of equipment, instruction manual;
5, responsible for the preparation of maintenance plans, monitor the implementation of relevant personnel on equipment maintenance and repair, improve equipment performance;
6, the company involved in the development of safe and civilized production of the management system and conduct supervision and inspection;
7, selection of work involved in equipment procurement, responsible for the new equipment into the factory inspection work;
8, in equipment, tooling update modification work, participate in equipment, tooling quality accident analysis;
9, according to a new project launched plans to complete assembly process and tooling equipment development;
10, according to project progress, track and solve real manufacturing problems;
11, with workshops, project communication feedback, continually refine and improve assembly manufacturing process;
12, according to the product engineering change information, review and confirm the impact of the manufacturing process of the assembly;
13, according to team development objectives, and constantly learning new techniques and apply them to work, to improve individual and team skills.
 
Conditions of employment
1, college education, electrical and mechanical specialty;
2,3 years of experience in equipment maintenance and management;
3, good ability and maintenance experience;
4, good mechanical and automation control knowledge;
5, familiar with office automation, CAD drawings,
6, good self-motivation, strong team spirit, with some compression capability;
7, with some English reading and writing skills and oral communication skills preferred;
8, the reading skills of engineering drawings.
