Chief of Personnel is responsible for corporate human resources planning, organization and implementation of staff recruitment, training, organization and implementation of some projects, the implementation of employee performance appraisal; development and in accordance with sound administrative and personnel management system, to play a management function, to ensure the efficient functioning of company work.
